I have configured the bring to front option, but I wanted to know if its possible that window will not steal the focus?
example: user is working on doc or etc… and someone send him message, the message window will be on front but without take the keyboard focus?

There is no need to create a few threads for the same question (i have deleted older one). I don’t know if this is possible (there is also no such setting). It could be that this is an intended behavior of when an app jumps to front in Java or generally in programming. This is the main program’s window and not a popup or tooltip, which can pop on top of other programs, but still in the background to other activity.
