Is there a view-able history for chats that have closed (users are not on line)

Real life example.

User 1 gets message from User 2 with important phone number

2 days later User 1 needs the important phone number again and User 2 is off line.

Is this possible?

We are on Spark version 2.7.7

You probably have offline users disabled in your roster. You can check Contacts menu on top and enable “Show offline users” and also “Group offline users” if you want them to show up in a separate group instead of showing in every group.
