I was wondering if there was a way for me to force my users to auto join specific conferences. It would make it easier to train if I could automate this process. Thanks,
You are asking in General Discussion section, but is this a Spark question? If so, you can install Bookmarks plugin on Openfire and then go to Bookmarks menu in Admin Console and create bookmarks for rooms for selected users and enable auto-join option for these bookmarks.
