I have three users trying to login to Spark, which should use their Active Directory username and password, when setting them up it is giving an error “invalid username or password”. This is the first time I have seen this and I know we are logging in correctly, we have several hundred people using this. Does anyone know, what might cause this and how do I fix?
If those 3 users are using the newest 2.8.0 version of Spark, then read this Login issues since Spark 2.8.0
