We need to send notifications to the users from our webserver (Tomcat). I see there is an API that sends broadcast to all users. There is also API to send a message from user A to user B. Is there anyway to send a message from “Server” to a single user?
It is planned but its not done yet.
Is there an estimated date?
Why not assign to Tomcat a jid to send messages through broadcast plugin?
Why not simply copy and remap “Send Adminstrative User” functionality?
