I’m using Spark 2.7.7 to connect to an OpenFire server. I’d like to edit my profile and, based on Spark documentation, I should be able to do that from the File|Edit menu option. However, that doesn’t exist. Is something wrong with my installation? Am I looking in the wrong place? Help!
“Edit my profile…” menu option to be correct. If it is not showing up, then your admin has probably disabled that option with Client Control plugin on the server.
