I have installed “fastpath plug-in” but encountered with a problem with it.
It doesn’t show “webchat” option in sidebar pane under fastpath tab in admin console.
How can I fix this problem?

Fastpath Webchat has been removed from the official plugins list for that reason. It is not compatible with new Openfire versions and nobody is working on Webchat for many years.
