Help required, unable to message co workers on Spark

As of 2 days ago I am unable to message any of my co workers and supervisors. I am able to log into spark successfully but when I click a name to message someone it does not pull up their name and cannot begin a chat with them.

If you have a helpdesk or any IT staff, you should contact them. If not, well, you can go into Help > About and tell what version of Spark you are using. Also on Windows, Mac, Linux?

First, make sure you know your username, password, server (you can see this when you do Logout). Then you can exit Spark and go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\ and rename Spark to Spark_old. Then start Spark and enter your username, password, server. Login and check if it works now. If not, exit Spark and delete the new Spark folder and rename Spark_old back to Spark. If it works now, you can use it. If you need old conversation history, go to C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Spark_old\user\youruser@server\ and copy folder transcripts to the new Spark folder.
