Hi we are currently using Fastpath on our company website but are running into problems where the JSP file is blocked by some corporations security policies. This is causing the load time on the site to take up to 30 seconds. Is there anything I can put into my page that will detect if the JSP is allowed by the client accessing the site?
I’ve also ran into an intermitant problem where a client initiates the chat but on the agents machine it instantly says the client has left the chat when they have not. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
I’m running latest versions of Spark and Fastpath.
