When I deployed Spark 2.7.1 update for my users and they installed it, OpenFire still showed under sessions that my users were on Spark 2.6.3. I found that before the user logs in they must go to “Advanced” tab and type in to change the Resource to Spark 2.7.1. Shouldn’t this field be automatically updated on upgrades? It seems time consuming to have to go to every computer and input a new resource number.
