I’ve tried searching for others having this issue, but so far have not been successful. I have two client PC’s that when any conference chat room is opened, none of the participants of the room are listed. We can see them come in and out of the room, and even what they say. We simply cannot see “who” is in the room. We tried Uninstalling, manually deleting folder, rebooting, then reinstalling. But the problem remains. Anyone have a suggestion or idea on where to go from here?

This has been resolved in the latest nightly build (733) Ignite Realtime: Spark Nightly Builds And the fix will also be included in the upcoming 2.7.4 release this week.
