This plugin is for Openfire server. If you use Openfire as a server for Spark, then you can find this plugin in the Admin Console of Openfire (plugins section). Beware that this plugins tends to stop working sometimes and there are no working fix for that. You can also enable Audit log in Openfire and it will save conversations into /logs fodler, but it will be in xml format and not easily readable.
