I am completely new to this software. I am wondering is there a way to make certain people only seen by certain people? for example the CEO wants this for everyone but he only wants the ability to be contacted by about 5 of the 40 employees but he wants to be able to contact everyone. Is this possible?
If he wants to be able to contact everyone, then everyone should be able to reply (i guess), then everyone should be able to contact him. So, no way. Unless he is going only to send messages to those 35 users. Then you can set rules with Packet Filter only allowing messages from him to 35 users and dropping messages from 35 users to him. Same with the presence (visibility).
