Spark 2.6.3+OpenFire 3.7.1+Asterisk (bad voice to sip)

Mission: useSpark for Jabber client + SIP Phone. For call center.

1)installed openfire 3.7.1+Spark2.6.3. (for Windows)

2)installedAsterisk-IM+SIP Phone plugin

3)configuredAsterisk for Openfire

Problem:Spark calling from the phone. bad voice to one side.I call and hear perfectly, but on the other side I have difficulty hearing (noise, interruption votes). Please take a look!

  1. go to C://users/$User$/

  2. delete .fmj.registry.xml

sound problems on one side continues. I am looking for a solution!

Did you found any solution? I´m testing Spark 2.5.8 with Openfire 3.8.2 just because the sound problem. The JMF works, but the FMJ in the 2.6.x is with problems…
