I have installed this plugin i see it in plugin page.
if i try to send a request by http i see always this error.

Go to server settings, presence service
http://yourHost:9090/plugins/presence/presence-service.jsp
You will probably have the default Presence visibility set to Subscribed. Either change it to Anyone or provide the req_jid in the request.
Beppe, did you ever figure this out?
I have this same problem. Settings are already set to “anyone” on the server.
If I use http://myopenfireserver:9090/plugins/presence/status
I get nothing except a little grey one of these:
