I at the command prompt using shell/telnet software. When I type keytool -… whether it is to generate, import or change passwords, it give me a “keytool: command not found”.
I am using openfire 3.5.1 and went to opt/openfire/resources/security.
Any suggestions?
keytool is located in the bin-directory of your JRE-installation.
For example if your are on Fedora (or CentOS) Linux and you have Java installed as RPM (directly from Sun), keytool is located here:
/usr/java/default/bin/keytool
I was able to import an existing RSA Private Key and CA signed certificate in openfire admin cp.
