I have a problem with Spark. One user put the status away but the status time was not correct.
How can i solve this problem>

What do you mean by status “time”?
When set status message for example Away doing something spark showed 6 min away from the moment i set it.
Can you provide a screenshot? Still having hard time to understand your issue.
We did a test and is working ok now.
