I would like to know if there is a plugin that allows to users to change your password.
I want to create a buddy with a default password and when he connect to his pidgin account he can changes his password.
Is it possible?

If your client has an option to change a password (Spark doesn’t), then one can change it himself and no plugin is required. The only plugin close to this is Reset Password plugin http://community.igniterealtime.org/docs/DOC-1240
