Spark crashing

I keep getting reports from users that when they send a message in Spark the person on the other end receives the message but the person that sent the message has a blank Spark window. Does this have something to do with Java crashing on the computer. It happens on Windows 7 and XP. We are running Spark version 2.5.8.

were not able to recreate such behaviour without further information

so please do the following:

  1. post errorlogs

  2. test Spark-2.6.0rc2

Also, you can try deleting the Spark profile on an affected machine and starting with a clean profile.
