I’ve set up Fastpath to work with my Openfire server. I can successfully connect with Spark. When I attempt to start a web chat, I get a notification in Spark about it, like I’m supposed to. However, even if I accept it, the web chat page stays in the “routing your request” mode. What’s going on? I tried searching for other posts in the forum, but none of them were relevant.

I was able to get Fastpath up and running fine under Openfire. Now that I’m trying under a fresh install of tomcat 5 it won’t get past the Routing your request screen. Do you know what I am missing in Tomcat?
I even dont know much about Fastpath with Openfire, so i definetely cant help with Tomcat setup.
