Does Openfire 3.6.3 have a maximum user connection?

I am running Openfire 3.6.3 and it appears there is a maximum of 25 users to connect at any one time. I checked my SQL server and that does not appear to be the issue. I read somewhere that there is a 25 user cap on the non enterprise version, i am not able to find anything to support this. Please advise.

also, I read somethere else that an organization my size should be using enterprise yet i can not find where or how to get enterprise version. Please advise.

There is no cap on users. Never was to the best of my knowledge. The limitation with be the amount of memory allocated to openfire. See this doc: http://www.igniterealtime.org/community/docs/DOC-1543

thats troubling, I have 2 GB ram in the box ( it is a VM) but still, 2 GB and all other specs are exceeded by far, is there something i have to set or tweak?
