Hello
We are looking at changing our phone system to VOIP and using either Mitel, Avaya or Shoretel for the system. They all have their own software that has the ability to transfer calls etc and see if someone is available. They also have the ability to send the person an IM before sending a call their way. I am just wondering if Openfire is compatable with any of these companies because I would much rather keep Openfire as our IM server instead of theirs.
I know there is the SIP plugin but I cannot tell if it works with them or provides its own SIP connection.
