I have a number of companies hosted in my active directory domain, all split into seperate security groups, openfire is usign LDAP to pull these users and groups into openfire. Is it possible to have it so they are only able to view users in their own groups, and no others and to have this group added to spark automaticly, and when they do a search in spark, only come up with users in there own group?
Some part of isolating as well as automatic pushing of groups is available via Shared groups (check group settings in Admin Console). More strict control is available via Packet Filter Plugin Not sure about searches though. But you can test this.
