Upgrade to Asterisk 1.6.2 - cannot click to call

Just doing some testing with 1.6.2 asterisk and asterisk-im. I upgraded to 1.6.2 and I still get Status changes, but the popup for CID and click to call no longer work. any advice on how I can debug further?

I'll answer my own question on this one. The manager.conf has a new field under permissions:

read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,originate
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,config,originate
