[patch] Fix for MUC permission for username with spaces

Hi Brinley,
your patch results in adding invalid JIDs to the DB. You're already be able to add usernames with spaces, but therefore you have to specify the bare JID of the user, not only the username. I've reopened the
OF-63issue for the reported bug, thanks for the report! But I would prefer to remove the "feature" for adding JIDs with only usernames.
