I like to implement a functionality for below mentioned scenario.

During a normal one to one chat between two users, if an user wants to include another user into that existing chat session, it should be converted to MUC (by doing all neccessary steps). Its similar to the functionality exists in MS Office Communicator (though it does not follow XMPP).

Please let me know your thoughts.
