In the way i need to build a Web backend englobing Openfore's room admin part and other interfaces, i needed to get an API to do that, just like the User Service Plugin or the Presence Plugin, they provide awesome integrable HTTP interface.

So is it possible to get such an access to create, list occupants, delete, and setup parameters of a room ?

I've tried to update the room info in the db (mysql) without any update on the xmpp server.
