There's a lot of neat plugins that folk are working on here and there that integrate with Openfire. Here is a short list of all of the ones we've stumbled across. i-Ball Chat Auditor: Openfire plugin for monitoring/auditing user chat messages

Nabu: It provides server-side logging of chat conversations and related events
netLog: Adds the ability to log messages on the server for choosen users. Source code available via svn http://svn.smilingj.net/netlog/.

FileTransferDisabler: Automatically rejects FileTransfer requests
File Transfer Disabler: This plugin is used to automatically reject all File-Transfer requests to OpenFire server

PEP in MUC: Allows users local to the server to explicitly broadcast their Personal Eventing information to a Multi-User Chat room via a command sent to the MUC room.
